Instead of dwelling on worries, we can release our burdens to God. We can train our minds to meditate on God's promises. And keep a journal of God's blessings and answered prayers as a reminder of His faithfulness.

Yes, I was depressed. I asked God, 'Why?' But God didn't answer my 'why.' Instead, as I thirsted for God, His Living Water flowed in me, and His Bread of Life satisfied me. I knew that somehow, God's lovingkindness would sustain me.

Yes, sometimes I doubted. But my heart sings with gratitude to God, especially for He who died for me. And for that, I cling to Him.
